Prepare
Review the categories on our website and determine which one best aligns with your organization. Please carefully read the category description, application criteria, and details about who should apply, all of which are provided on our website
Submit an Enquiry
Submit an inquiry on the website, indicating the categories you wish to apply for. You may select more than one category of interest. An email will be sent to you with the application form and submission requirements for the selected entries.
Collate your application
Collate all the information to be included in the application form, taking note of the word limits, acceptable file formats, and submission deadlines. Ensure that all required details are completed.
Submit your Entry
Submit your entry to nameesha@cysecglobal.com by the deadline of Jan 25th, 2024. If you need to send large files, videos, etc., consider using a file transfer service. Please ensure that all information adheres to the category guidelines, as only compliant entries will be considered by our committee.
Acknowledging your Entry
Upon receiving your completed submission, you will be sent an email confirmation confirming the successful entry for the chosen category. If any information is missing, you will be notified of the specific requirements that need to be provided.
Feedback on the Shortlisted Submissions
The awards committee will conduct an initial review of all submissions, and subsequently, a shortlist will be published.
Awards Ceremony
The category winners will be announced in person at the awards ceremony, scheduled for 7th February starting from 4 PM at the GRAND HYATT DOHA HOTEL & VILLAS. Following the announcement, the winners will be photographed, interviewed, and celebrated. The details of the winners will be published via media channels the following day.
